For clients whose server is hosted on Onebeat Hetzner servers, the CSM & CSE should work with the 'Onebeat' user.
It is Support's responsibility to configure SSMS and Onebeat apps so that the CSM & CSE will be able to work only with 'Onebeat' user.
Regarding the .bat files > create them at the path C:\Onebeat\OnebeatFolders\Auto Process
Update the IT & Support to activate the task (mention path + task's name).
*remember to insert Administrator's password when creating/changing task in the 'Task - Scheduler'.
To make 'Onebeat' user account work correctly with all the apps, follow the instructions below:
Open the server as 'Administrator' user:
- Open SQL:
1. Log in with ‘Windows Authentication'.
2. Security > Logins > Right click on ‘Onebeat User’ > ‘Server Rules’ > check ‘sysadmin’ > OK.

Open ‘Onebeat Server Administrator’:
- Open ‘Sql Security’ tab > check ‘SQL Server and Windows’ > insert:
user name: Onebeat
Password: Copy from Pasbolt or ask Onebeat IT - Open the ‘Connection’ tab > Press ‘Save server Configuration’

Open Services:
Restart Onebeat Server.
Log out from the server.
Log-in to the Server with 'Onebeat' user:
- Open the path: C:\Program Files\Onebeat\Onebeat Server Administration
1. Press right-click on the Onebeat Server Administration.exe
2. Press on properties > ‘Combability’ tab > check ‘Run this program as an administrator’
- Open ‘Sql Security’ tab > check ‘SQL Server and Windows’ > insert:
user name: Onebeat
Password: Copy from Pasbolt or ask Onebeat IT - Open the ‘Connection’ tab > Press ‘Save server Configuration’
